Half-Orc subrace from COM

Is there a proper sub-race (?) name for the half-orcs that were raised by the drow from the Character Operations Manual?

I'm pretty sure their name is "You there!" As in, "You there, bring me my gauntlets!" Or "You there, pick up my dry cleaning!"
