I made the order back on 4 December, 2019. It consisted of a a rulebook and some reaper miniatures (I'll list them because why not):

-1X Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Ultimate Equipment (OGL)
-7x Large Fire Elemental
-7x Medium Fire Elemental
-1X Ghostly Summons
-1x Night Spectre

2 hours after the order, I got the email confirmation stating that the order has been made, and it will ship between 5 and 23 days.

It's been 101 days (weekends and holidays included) since the day that I've placed the order, but haven't seen it progress any until recently. Since the email receipt, there's just been radio silence.

Under "transit estimate", it originally said something like between 5 and 23 days. It's now "Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame". There was a note last month and the month before stating that it was waiting for items to come back in stock. I checked today, and everything is in stock or is at least described as "available now".

I was wondering if it'd be possible to get an update on the order, or (if I'm lucky) get the order shipped?

I'm so sorry about that! It looks like there was just a technical error holding up your order. I've asked the warehouse to ship this out today and waived the shipping for you since it's been so long! Thanks so much for your patience!
