Hi,

When I started this subscription I requested to start with the Game Mastery Guide.
Initially in My Account and in my confirmation email it was stated that it was added to my Side Cart as I expected.

It now doesn't have this listed anywhere and it's not in my Digital Downloads, nor have I had an email stating it's been shipped. I just wanted to confirm the subscription is still started with the GMG and will be shipped this month in the normal shipping Window.

There was a bit of a technical issue with your book but I've gone ahead and fixed that for you. You should see a confirmation email and you book will roll out with the subscriptions for March! Let me know if you have any questions.
