I am trying to buy the PDF of Extinction Curse part 2, but every time I click the 'place your order' button, I just get stuck in a loop where it repeatedly shows me that same 'confirm order' page.
I have tried changing the payment method, but it makes no difference. As far as I can tell, the website never even gets to the point where it tries to charge my card.
I've tried clearing my browser's cache and browsing history, but that makes no difference either.
I've even tried changing what's in my shopping basket and trying to buy something different, but I just keep getting the same result.
Have you any idea what's going on here?

It looks like while your bank approved the charge for this order, our system did not because the billing address you provided does not match the billing address you bank has on file. Before attempting your order again, please make sure to double check that your bank has your most up-to-date billing address on file and you should be able to place your order normally. You may see some authorizations on your account for the attempted charges but these should clear off in the next day or so. All sorted - it was a problem at my bank's end, as they hadn't updated my address on their system! Thank you.
