Greetings,
Extinction curse has pitted us against quite a few tiny creatures and the questions have come up.
1) Table 9-1 (pg 474 from Core book) states tiny creatures have reach 0 by default, the bestiary entries for a Quasit for instance does not list an exception to this rule. However the Demilich which is also a tiny creature specifies a reach of 0 for its jaw attack. Is the Demilich entry redundant or do all the other tiny creatures in the bestiary assume a reach of 5?
2) Is it intended for a Medium creature to have to make a tumble thru check to pass thru the square of a tiny creature or is that an oversight?

For question 2, the answer is yes.
CReatuRes of DiffeRent sizes
In most cases, you can move through the space of a creature at least three sizes larger than you (Table 9-1). This means a Medium creature can move through the space of a Gargantuan creature and a Small creature can move through the space of a Huge creature. Likewise, a bigger creature can move through the space of a creature three sizes smaller than itself or smaller. You still can’t end your movement in a space occupied by a creature.Tiny creatures are an exception. They can move through creatures’ spaces and can even end their movement there.
Question 1 there isn't a clear answer for. I asked the same question myself, albeit about Large creatures, in the FAQ thread, and have not seen an answer. Size based reach is clear as mud.

"Tiny creatures are an exception. They can move through creatures’ spaces and can even end their movement there." is the part that gives us pause. It feels incomplete. The argument made is if the creature is so small that a medium creature cannot obstruct its path in any meaningful way then why wouldn't the opposite be true. Beyond "cause rules" of course. It kind of feels like a development stub that was not finished.
