If someone is under the temporal stasis effect of imprisonment, and sent to a plane with the Erratic or Timeless time traits, might they be able to avoid some of the worst time-based effects; possibly coming out of it and returning unharmed to the Material Plane (via other means) thousands of years later?

I would say yes. Because if you come back from such a plane, time catches up normally... and in that time you were in stasis so nothing happens to you.
