Error when trying to purchase PDFs

I've been trying to purchase PDFs for a week or two and every time I click the add to cart button I get this error message "Your request produced an error". Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi Aylwin,

It looks like this may be a caching issue. Go ahead and log in using a "private" or "incognito" window and you should be able to add items to your cart again. Thanks for your patience!
