Place Your Order not working and concerns of missing money.

I've been trying to place an order for Book 1, "The Stolen Lands" of the Adventure Path Kingmaker.

My payment method and address was accepted, however when I push "Place My Order" nothing happens. I never received any emails confirming my order. No update to my purchase history or digital content. I've tried And upon calling my card to verify my funds, I've learned that the money is currently missing from my card for each attempt.

How long should I expect to wait for an email confirming my order, and should I be expecting one for each of the probably 5 or 6 times now that I've been charged? If so, will I be able to get a refund on the extra purchases?

It looks like your order is not going through because the payment address you provided does not match the address your bank has on file. You might see pending authorizations on your card - these were opened by your bank each time you attempted to submit your order and we have requested a release on those funds for you. Before attempting your purchase again, please double check with your bank which address they have on file. I apologize for the confusion. Thank you for your patience!
