Does overland speed refer to movement outside of encounter mode? I've got a class feat that gives a +5 to overland speed.

I think it refers to Travel Speed TABLE 9–2: core 479. In essence, it's travel measures in feet/minute, miles/hour or miles/day. If you're measuring speed in feet/round it's not overland speed.

Man I REALLY hope Bellflower Dedication becomes PFS legal before I'm level 6. I don't think that will be the case but I'm stupidly optimistic and am building my toon that way regardless. Just hit level 4. I'd say we play 2-3 sessions a month so 2.5-3 months? Yea I know but here is hoping!
