Concerns about store credit not applying to orders (# 13446001)

Hello.

I had contacted previously via the phone number and left a message about my order charging above what I thought was going to be the total including my store credit but hadn't received a response.

I see that the order shipped today and that my store credit balance wasn't used on the order. Why did this happen? I had placed store credit on the account to help with my subscription orders and today I see that it skipped the credit. (Though the order summary would make me believe that the credit did apply, the credit is still on my account and the payments transaction on the order shows the full amount charged to my card.) With the code changes for shipping and taxes, should this be expected to repeat on future orders?

Hi Richard,

I apologize that your order did not charge store credit as it appears there was a technical issue with the store credit sticking onto the order. I have refunded your card in the amount of the store credit you had on your account. This is not something we should see repeat, and we're working with our tech team to make sure this doesn't happen moving forward. Thanks again for your patience!
