Missing order for february PFS Scenario Subscription

Dear Sirs and Madams,

while the PFS Scenario Subscription order for january went through without any problems, no orders were created for february. Furthermore, in my subscriptions it shows that the march scenarios are the next in this subscription. Has something happened to my Pathfinder Society Scenario Subscription? Can I still receive the two february scenarios?

Also, since my organized play gaming group has schaduled games on thursday and scenario 1-15 (The Blooming Catastrophe) is supposed to be run, and Customer Support has a lot to do at this moment, I will order this one scenario separately for time reasons. If it is possible, would you please reimburse this order, since I should have received the scenario anyway with the subscription?
