No. You need to use your downtime to do that, and you don't have downtime before the game.
Just so you're aware, crafting your own stuff provides very little benefit in starfinder vs. using stuff off the rack.
Its a little tougher
You can make your own without the fame requirements (if you've been burning down orphanages...)
the occasional item requires it like foot suckers or chromatic skin.
