Increase unarmed attack proficiency as rogue

I am planning on rogue/ monk wolf style character but I don't find a way to be able to increase my fists attacks acuracity.

Yes! And you dont have to do anything. Errata changed unarmed attacks to match your best weapon proficiency, so you are automatically as good eith punch as you are at stab.
