order #14992086 and cancelled subscription

I had requested in this thread that my SFS adventure path subscription be cancelled, but now my subscription order has generated, including an item from that subscription. Can my cancellation please be processed before this order ships with an item I don't want?

I had the same thing happen - something happened to their system and if you look you'll see you're now a SFS adventure path subscriber again (two of mine reactivated). Still no word from customer service on what happened. I'll be putting a hold on my card if I have to.

In the future, please feel free to give us a call if you have an urgent need as separate threads will be seen later than the original thread and bumping a thread sends it back in the queue.
