The short answer is no, the Stage does not appear to be reusable. Unlike the Explorers Yurt or the Fortress, it does not have instructions for condensing it back into it's portable form.
This doesn't mean that you couldn't make it so however. The rules text also does not indicate that it's expanded form is permanent.
I would personally allow a character to simply reverse the "tune" they tapped on the stage to get it to expand in order to get it to retract. When it does so, all of the set dressing and costumes fade from existence, being deposited back inside the "pocket" of the mini-stage for later reuse.
I would also probably copy the 4 hour turnaround from the Fortress for re-expanding the Stage. Otherwise that would be an expensive, questionably useful magical structure.
That would all be house rule however. The details would be up to you or the GM running the game.
