Add to Sidecart button missing

When I try to order or pre-order something and add it to my sidecart for shipping with one of my future subscriptions, the 'Add to sidecart' button is missing from the shipping tab during order placement. I only have the options to ship it. I have tried multiple items, multiple browsers and well as PC, phone and tablet. All are missing this option.

Do you even have any subscriptions? I think that option goes away if you are no longer subscribed to anything, and it can become a trap if your only subscription(s) don't ship very often.


Yeah, I am subbed to everything there is for both PF and SF other than Pathfinder Battles. (I am glad I have a very understanding Wife, lol.) I add to my sidecart on a regular basis. The option was there last week, but disappeared within the past few days.

Hey Jerriko!

I was taking a look into the issue and was able to reproduce the erroneous behavior you were seeing. I've gotten it documented and was able to jostle your shipping options a bit. If you want to review your available shipping options I suspect it should now default to "Ship with Subscriptions". If it gives you any trouble though please let me know here and I'll assist you further. Thanks for letting us know about this!

That looks like it did the trick! I was able to place the order and add it to my sidecart. Thank you both so much for the fast response and for taking care of the issue.

There was a website glitch when I posted -- it actually did not show any subscriptions at the time (but it does now). I guess I should have checked whether my subscriptions were showing up.
