While this would not need to be specific to dinosaurs, this now makes me imagine a type of undead: "Basically a skeleton, except the skeleton is dangerously hot". Perhaps they arise from people who die from chronic radioactive contamination, in cases where the person knows and comes to resent their own bones for being the cause of their death.
