I find that the official one does a very poor job of allowing me to track the things I want to track such as:
Armor:
What occupies Armor Upgrade Slots
Spells:
Room for brief spell descriptions
Augmentations:
The slots and what occupies them
Weapons:
Room for the weapon fusion seals and what not.
Magic Item slots

I modified the base sheet so it contains a field for armor & augmentations (by removing the spell column and one weapon entry and re-arranging everything a little bit), but it's hard to fit everything if you want to stay within two pages.
But if you don't stick to the two pages, there is the official delux character sheet as well as the sheets from dyslexic.

This sheet, is an automated sheet that keeps track of, I believe, all the stuff you mention, except for the spell descriptions. It also automates much of the character creation and level up process. It's, unfortunately, not very printer or mobile friendly, but it's one of the better free resources out there.
