Lost access to old account help!

Hi Paizo,

I am back to gaming after a 10-year hiatus and would like to have access to the PDFs I bought at the time.

The problem is I don’t remember my old password and the Hotmail address used at the time to register is now inaccessible.

Could you please give me a new password for my old email address or transfer my bought PDFs to my new account ?
