I never recieved the Character Guide

Welcome back from you New Year's break!

I have an active subscription for the lost omens line starting at Lost Omens World Guide, but I never received the Lost Omens Character Guide. I can't start a subscription starting with the Character Guide because your website says I already have an active subscription.

How can I ensure that I get the book once it's in stock again, with the pdf?

I have set you up with a subscription copy order for the Lost Omens Character Guide. I'm sorry this didn't generate automatically for you. I have waived the shipping costs due to the delay on this, and for the future delay required as the product has to wait until the warehouse is done with inventory this week, and will likely ship out early next week.
