The circus has some historical problematic tropes, many of which center around othering people with physical or mental differences, making them into a spectacle or portraying normal, but perhaps uncommon, variations as grotesque. While there may be times when someone's game or an adventure delves into topics that address problematic stereotypes and issues that have direct real world correlations or counterparts, on our forums we need to remain cognizant of the fact that these can be sensitive issues for members of our community (or the public who may also be reading along). It may not always be possible or respectful to delve into these topics in an online discussion, particularly if it's something used for casually fun suggestions.
