Hello, to whomever it may concern:

About two and a half weeks ago, I placed an order for a PDF and several printed books. The PDF was made available immediately, but the print books still have not shipped. Additionally, when I look at the order confirmation email, it says that I ordered both the printed books and the PDF, but when I look at my order history, the order placed shows only the PDF. It also says I don't have any pending orders

I have fixed up the order. It looks like it was struck by a technical issue that moved the items into a state that prevented them from shipping. Due to our inventory this week, we won't be able to ship these out until next Monday. Due to the delay you experienced I have waived the shipping costs for the order.
