"At 1st level, a magus can expend 1 point from his arcane pool as a swift action to grant any weapon he is holding a +1 enhancement bonus for 1 minute. For every four levels beyond 1st, the weapon gains another +1 enhancement bonus, to a maximum of +5 at 17th level. These bonuses can be added to the weapon, stacking with existing weapon enhancement to a maximum of +5. Multiple uses of this ability do not stack with themselves.
At 5th level, these bonuses can be used to add any of the following weapon properties: dancing, flaming, flaming burst, frost, icy burst, keen, shock, shocking burst, speed, or vorpal.
Adding these properties consumes an amount of bonus equal to the property’s base price modifier. These properties are added to any the weapon already has, but duplicates do not stack. If the weapon is not magical, at least a +1 enhancement bonus must be added before any other properties can be added. These bonuses and properties are decided when the arcane pool point is spent and cannot be changed until the next time the magus uses this ability. These bonuses do not function if the weapon is wielded by anyone other than the magus."
So the last Textpart is important for me to understand how that 1 Arcanapoint can be used
lets say i have a katana+3, i want to spend 1 point from my arcana pool, which gives me at my current level(12) a +3enhacement bonus, but i want the keen proberty which costs a +1 enhancment from that 1 arcana point. Do i get the keen proberty and the leftover +2enhacment from that 1 Arcanapoint spent or do i only get one of them? +2 or keen, or +2 and keen. which is it ?
Hope my problem is understandable. thank you

It sounds like you understand it perfectly to me.
Couple of things:
1. You can't have an enhancement bonus of higher than +5, so your example of a 12th level Magus with a +3 weapon could NOT use their arcane pool to make a +6 weapon. The highest "+x" you can go to is +5 (so +5keen is probably the best most of the time there).
2. You can't have a total bonus (enhancements and special bonuses) of higher than +10, so if you're a level 17 Magus and you have a +5 keen weapon your arcane pool will give you a +5 to put into enchantments (total +11). You would only be able to use +4 of that bonus, the last +1 would be lost.
3. Although getting your enhancement bonus to +5 is usually a good idea, there is no rule against getting a +1 Keen Flaming Frost Shocking-Burst Speed weapon - total value of a +9 weapon (+1 enhancement, +8 special bonus). Usually you're better off with the +5 weapon, but not always.
