Order(s) not going through

Last month, I ordered a Starfinder adventure module and got an email that said the order was pending. When I checked my bank a week later, it turns out Paizo never charged my bank. When I checked my order history, it said that the order was complete but there were no items in the order (this is Order #8252617). I changed my mind about ordering that module, so it worked out in the end.

However, the other day, I ordered another book and got the same status pending email. My bank has not received any request, and I think the same problem might happen again. How long should I wait for the charge to go through to my bank?

There was a technical issue with your first order. I have fixed the issue nad will have the order shipped promptly from the warehouse.
