It being so popular, I'm surprised I haven't found anything yet.
Has anyone adapted We Be Goblins (and sequels) to PF2? I guess it's wouldn't much be much work but I like to save time.
Is We Be Heroes fully compatible with PF2? Since it was published 1-2 months before PF2 release it's a bit confusing. Also I did not pay attention to the playtest and I'm not aware of the evolution between playtest versions.

We be Heroes needs some tweak to make it compatible, as it was published with playtest rules.
I am not aware of anyone working on We be Goblins openly yet, but if you want to start up a project, I run a small Discord community dedicated to adventure conversion and you could see if anyone wants to join and help.
Unfortunately many conversions are done privately and there's no real sharing happening. I'm hoping to make some changes in that regard :)

I am pretty sure the only thing that needs a conversion in the original WBG is the final boss
The rest of the monsters can be lifted from the bestiary
I ran We Be Heroes yesterday. I created the animated object, zombie pigs and choker using the monster creation rules
Pigs got +1 attack and some more hp instead of the zombie ability . That fight was a crazy crit fest partly due to their AC of 12 but also my rolling. I think I crit the barbarian and Mitzi the poodle
I also updated Siathorn and Grenek to 2E with the main changes being in saving throws it seems
