Rogue multiclass into Ranger question

So when I pick up the ranger dedication it says I can now use the Hunt Prey action.
My question is this .... in the rules under ranger they get a hunters edge .... is this part of the hunt prey thing or is this something else?

So what I am asking is "Do I get to pick a hunters edge" if I pick up ranger multiclass(dedication) and gain the Hunt prey action.

Hunter's Edge is a separate ability.

Hunt Prey is a minor ability, but it does set up other Ranger feats like Twin Takedown or Hunted Shot.

The Ranger MCD does not help Rogues much.
