Question on Sickened Condition

In the game I ran, one of my players got hit by a critical success "call of the grave" spell and got sickened 2 and slow 1. In order to remove the sickened condition, would the DC for retching be the Spell DC from the enemy who had cast the spell?

Yes the effect that made you sickened is the fort save
