PFS Sheet for Boons and Networks

I tried to look so if this is somewhere I am sorry.

Is there a special sheet that can be filled out for PFS or a specific one at least that show what boons are equipped and what network options have been chosen? If not how are GMs supposed to keep track of what players have? Thanks for the responses.

That's each player's job to keep track of their chosen options, not the GMs job.

When I have the chance I will upload something that my VA created at prsprep. There are other options there as well.
