Seelah and Valeros should not have the armor check penalty, correct? And am I right in thinking that Valeros Athletics scores are transposed?

Another mistake about Merisiel ability's scores?
Due to her ability flaw in constitution and her rogue racket (choosen instead of a boost in dexterity) i think Mérisiel have one boost she shouldn't have!
Am i wright?

Her ability scores are actually fine.

Ancestry: +2 Dex, +2 Int, -2 Con offset by free boost
Background: +2 Dex, +2 Con
Class: +2 Dex (Ruffian allows the choice of using Strength as key ability, but doesn't mandate that you not still use Dex)
Choices: +2 Dex, +2 Con, +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma

Yes, Seelah and Valeros should not have the penalty.

"While wearing your armor, you take this penalty to Strength- and Dexterity-based skill checks, except for those that have the attack trait. If you meet the armor’s Strength threshold (see Strength below), you don’t take this penalty." CRB pg. 274

It's been corrected on the pregen sheets released in the Iconics pack.

Valeros's Acrobatics should be +5 and Athletics +7.
