Hi Customer Service,

I am a subscriber for the Pathfinder Battles. I received an email about the shipping cost change, which was fine, but I've yet to receive my shipment. Also, looking at my orders, they are not showing as pending or complete. Could you please let me know if the order has even shipped, and if so, when?

We asked in the email we sent out to warn about the increased shipping prices to let us know if you were okay receiving it! Now that we got confirmation from you that you're okay with the case shipping, I have created the order and sent you a confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
