Advice for front line Oread Druid (elementalurgist)

Advice

Hello all,

I am making my first ever Druid for a Runelords campaign. I have some questions and need some advice.

Im going with the Oread race and the Elementalurgist archetype, I want to focus on being a fearless frontline druid. I will be changing archetype later on to keep the wild shape class feature!

My stats so far after racial modifiers (20 point buy). Might change slightly??
str 17. dex 12. con 14. int 10. wis 18. chr 5

My first question is about my dex, when I can afford my wild enhancement to my armour.
The "Wild" enhancement says that the armour bonuses are preserved when in wild shape.

So I am thinking along the lines of eventually getting stone or dragonhide full plate, but wondering if the max dex +1 transfers over when in wild shape? what about the armour encumbrance? I was thinking of getting "heavy armour pro" and the racial "dwarf blooded" feats. I will be aiming for a belt of physical perfection later on and am wondering if a higher than +1 dex would add to AC whilst changed and wearing the full plate. As in, if I had 18 dex and changed would I then be allowed my +4 dex (before the modifieres for the form I change to) or be restricted to the maximum +1 from fullplate.
I hope I am explaining this well!

Because if the Max +1 dex still applies in wild shape Im going to go with a stone or dragon hide breastplate and have a max +3 dex and get feats like combat reflexes and improved initiative instead, which would be better overall. Hang on, have I just solved my own problem, or am i getting confused, its all very complex.

Also would the Oread racial trait "Granite skin", which grants a +1 racial AC bonus, stack with other natural AC bonuses when in wild shape?

When I get a wild heavy wooden shield and wild shape into something with lots of attacks, will it affect the amount of attacks I get? I've found nothing saying it will.

Feats. My GM is allowing me to swap out some of the class features like woodland stride, wild empathy and trackless step for these feats mentioned above.

These are my character feats I am considering so far (I like to plan my characters quite far up so as to avoid making bad choices early on)

Im not planning on casting any summons as we have five players for this campaign and I don't want to slow things down.
And I was mainly planning on wild shaping into elementals.

L1 combat casting. L3 natural spell. L5 Mighty form. L7 Battle caster. L9 mighty form.
L11 divine interference. L13 planar wild shape. L15 powerful shape. L17 mighty form.
L19 ???

Am I missing any essential feats here or making any poor decisions???

I am choosing the Archetype Elementalurgist for "element bond" and am hoping to swap woodland stride, wild empathy and trackless step with some feats as mentioned above. I am considering the Elemental resistance feature (instead of resist natures lure) from the Elemental ally. But any other advice or suggestions on this would be great as there are so many archetypes.

Spells, Skills and equipment I should be fine to sort out myself. This is mainly, but any advice of the best combos and such is appreciated. I know about the polymorphic pouch and
(instead of resist natures lure)
