Kobold Rogue with Kobold Sorcerer Bloodline

As a rogue, say I picked up the kobold sorcerer bloodline through VMC or through the feats. IF I'm level 10, would I could as level 20 for the purposes of Trapsense?

The bonuses would be calculated seperately and then added together. At 10th level, +3 to AC/Ref from Rogue and +2 to AC/Ref from the bloodline.
