Weird that they aren't specific listed... but, I'd probably put them at the same price as a riding dog since they are the same level and of roughly similar utility.
They aren't generally sold so I am not surprised. I mean, only goblins can reliably touch them.
I would probably roleplay costs based on the goblin tribe selling rather than set a price. Goblins that breed them are likely not that consistent imo.

The same cost as a normal Guard Dog but it requires you to be in a "Goblin Settlement" to get Access IMO.
I guarantee no sane animal control or port authority in a Human/Dwarf/Elf/Whatever settlement would be willing to deal with the epidemic that even a single Goblin Dog breeder would cause in the local animal population.

Make sure you also let them know you intend to keep it as a pack animal. Otherwise you might get yourself a goblin dog, with relish and ketchup ...
