If I create a 3D model of something from an Adventure Path for which there is no available miniature (example: the Dragon Pillar from Cult of Cinders), would the STL file be something that is OK to share here with the community, provided it is free? The text below seems to indicate so, but APs are not included in the Approved Product List. Maps are apparently OK, so I am hoping the same applies to 3D models created from scratch.
You may not use artwork, including maps, that have not been published in the blog, although you may create your own interpretations of material presented in our artwork and maps, provided that your interpretations don't look substantially similar to our materials.

I suspect you're not going to get an official response, most likely because it's subjective.
Your interpretations can't look substantially similar to their material. So if your 3D models are "authentic" in appearance, they aren't permitted. If you produce a low-fidelity, amateur representation, you're okay. Or one that's heavily stylistic. But how similar is too similar? That's something that would be judged on a case-by-case basis.
If Vic or someone similar says something like "you should be okay" and you produce models that compete with something they or a licensee such as Wizkids decides they want to do, there's conflict created. But they usually don't want to just blanket deny artistic efforts either.
So... in weird edge-cases like this I've seen the response is usually... silence. No endorsement/permission, but no denial. I don't want to give you advice but I've always interpreted these unanswered questions as answered by "fly under the radar, don't become a problem, and you're okay".
