This order shows up as having no items listed. It is missing the two PDFs that I bought.

Could this be related to this other problem [1] I'm having?

Hello FWCain,

I moved the PDFs back into the order yesterday, but it says this morning that they were somehow removed from the completed order again! Did you do anything on your account a few hours before the timestamp on this post? I'm just asking to see if I can determine what is causing this error on this order. I have put the PDFs back in the order again.

You should be able to download the PDFs even with this weird behavior, as it doesn't seem to be removing them from the account, just unsticking them from the order.


I was able (and am able) to download from the Digital Content section. I don't need those files listed in the Order History.

What has happened is, those files show up in the Shopping Cart at the same time as they show in the Order History. And ever since this problem started, I have ALSO had the other problem I mentioned (in my other post), where I can not place any NEW orders for digital files.

Since both problems started at the same time, I am presuming they are related. I am guessing there is some glitch in the database on your end. I also recall having some weird behavior back when I placed that last order, so maybe that is when this problem truly started...
