There was an issue with my credit card during the processing of the above order, due to a change in my billing address.

I updated the billing address, and the order was processed. My credit card statement is currently showing additional charges of $27.82 and $12.82. The correct amount of $12.82 was billed on 09/19/19.

How do I get the additional charges on my card reversed?

Hello kbtlr1973,

It does look like you were authorized several times. These additional authorizations usually expire on their own a few days after they appear. I have manually put in authorization reversal requests as well, so if they haven't already been reversed, they will disappear shortly. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
