Upon opening my 2nd Edition Combat Pad, I found that it was damaged in at least two places, a long white scrape in the upper right hand corner and a dented tear that penetrated past the glossy layer and into the white paper beneath in the center, near the skulls. The dent near the skulls goes halfway through the board.
You can't really see it in the photo, but there are also minor indentations mirroring the cuts of the magnets all over the board, as if it had been seriously compressed for an extended period of time.
I don't know if it was damaged during shipping or before it was shipped, but it was definitely damaged upon opening the wrapper and moving the magnets away from the board.
Needless to say, this is not acceptable. What is the proper procedure for getting a replacement?
