I didn't seen an order on your paizo account for the core set. If this was purchased from another seller, I recommend first seeking replacement for the entirety of the product through them. A store should have systems for reimbursement through their distributor for defective product. That many missing items I feel is a very justifiable reason to have your product replaced.
If the place you purchased the core set is unable or unwilling to honor the replacement of the product, pleas let us know and we will see what we can do to replace the missing parts! Thank you!
