Hello,
My recent order has shipped, but has not moved in transit since the 3rd of this month, from a town only an hour away. Is there anything we can do about this?

And now my package randomly shows up, but still shows it never left that other town. Better late than never :)

Hello Tim,

I wish that tracking could be more reliable for you! Unfortunately this is not an uncommon happening for those packages that appear to have stalled tracking. I believe that if they miss a scan, the tracking doesn't update, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the package isn't moving.
