Hello,
It seems that my order is being stuck as it originally was using store credit to process but because of a replacement book being added to the order which increased the shippng cost. The order is now being declined despite having store credit on the account which could cover the order.
The replacement book added is a replacement for a damaged Deluxe Core Rulebook, however there also needs to be a replacement for a damaged Deluxe Bestiary. I had sent in an email on August 5th, which was partially replied to on September 5th. I replied to the new confirmation email, as I missed the updated order details which lacked the replacement Deluxe Bestiary book.
Can I get the order updated with the correct replacement books and use my available store credit to get the order shipped out?

Hello Richard,
I'm sorry about this issue with the order. It does look like the system made an error and factored in the shipping for the replacement item, although we had marked it free. I asked it to recalculate the shipping and it recognized that it should reduce the amount for the order. We now have the price back to what you were originally quoted and completely covered by store credit. I have also switched out the replacement item for the correct item. Thank you for identifying the shipping cost issue.
I guess my phrasing has not cleared up the Pathfinder Second Edition Deluxe book issue I have had.
When I emailed in August, I stated both deluxe books, the Core Rulebook and the Bestiary, had arrived damaged. I thought that would mean both books would be replaced, not just one or the other.
Above, I thought I was making it clear that the Deluxe Bestiary needed to be added to the Deluxe Core Rulebook replacement to make sure the correct damaged books were replaced.
I appreciate the work that's being done here.
I just need to have both Deluxe books replaced; that is the Deluxe Core Rulebook and Deluxe Bestiary both need replacements.
