I have had 4 subs continuously since July. Though I did cancel one and add another which may be where the glitch ocurred. (I briefly had 5 subs)
I so far have only received 1-00 i believe.
Also, does this subscription include the quests?

It appears that you did not receive the other scenarios because you must have 4 subscriptions which have each shipped an item to qualify. When they ship their first item they are considered active. The Lost Omens World Guide shipping in mid August is what held of the start of your complimentary scenarios. I will follow up with additional details via the email address on your account.
