Hi I bought a PDF yesterday and it charged me six times, what do I do?
Posting here should be adequate when customer service returns to work on Monday.
That said, I can offer that odds are high you didn't get charged more than once. What's probably happened is that a series of authorization attempts were made. I don't know if you perhaps had trouble getting correct address/contact information in for your credit card. Usually what happens is people have trouble and declined transactions look like actual charges at the bank level, but they're not. Every time Paizo tries to make a transaction, there's a funds-present check first. If that fails for any reason, including mismatching address info, your bank shows it as a transaction, even though it's just a check. The funds are usually tied up by the bank (not Paizo) for a day or two, until the bank drops the pre-auth.
Still, posting here will work. Might take them a couple days to notice this because they're currently understaffed, but come back and bump the thread and you'll be fine.

I suspect Anguish is spot on with the actual issue. However, I wouldn’t come back and bump the thread, if I were you. Every time you do, it will jump to the top of the forum and customer service usually answer posts from the bottom up, so you can actually delay getting an answer by repeating a post in an unresolved CS thread.
If you still see the charges in a couple of days and you haven’t heard back, I think the best way to follow up is generally by phone call (between 10am-5pm pacific time, Monday to Friday) or via email (though as Anguish noted, they’re somewhat backed up at the moment and things are taking a little longer than usual).
