Thanks, Sam! I did notice however that I will be charged for the Lost Omens World Guide which I purchased using a voucher.

To be clear: I purchased the HC book with a voucher, but wish to have it shipped with my regular monthly subscription.

I believe I have achieved what you were going for. Vouchers are actually attached to the order number they are redeemed on, not the item. Due to this I moved all of the pending items into the order using the vouchers. This should then use the remaining voucher amount for these items. Huh, I take that back. The way I did it did not work. Hopefully this resolution will work for you: I was able to move the items into the order that previously contained the Lost Omens Character Guide. I then had to move the Character Guide to a different order. This should use up all the voucher. Please let me know if what I did needs further explanation or if you have any concerns with it. Thank you!

Hi Sam!

I just want to make sure I am not charged straight cash money for the Character Guide nor the World Guide as I wanted to purchase both books with vouchers. As long as that happens, I will be a happy person.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the vouchers applied to those specific items without forcing the whole order to wait until the Character Guide came out. This doesn't mean you'll be charged any more than if it had applied to that item though. I just had to use the vouchers all on the order with your subscriptions, which resulted in your subscriptions being heavily discounted instead of the Character Guide. This should even out your expenses overall, you just got the reduction a bit earlier. I hope that's alright.
