Hi everyone. I was charged for this order earlier today but I saw on my recent bank statement that I was already charged for the order back on the 28th. I messaged the bank about it but I didn’t want to forget to bring it to your attention as well, as I didn’t want to risk the bank reversing one of the charges suddenly and making it look like I was trying to not pay.

Hello Andrew,
The original authorization for your order was placed on the 28th. Authorizations are not charges. This is the card processor contacting your bank to ensure that the card is good. Most banks choose to put a hold on the funds for the expected charge. It is normal for these authorizations to expire (after about 3 days) and the holds to be released. We only charge for products when they ship, at which point we opened a new authorization and finalized the charge.
I see both authorizations and only one charge. I'd give a closer look at your bank totals to ensure that the order was truly charged twice. If you find this is so, please send us screenshots of your transaction history (no identifying information needed, just the dates, transaction amounts, and vendor information) to our customer service email so we can investigate with our card processor more thoroughly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
