Missing Cards in "OPEN ME FIRST" of Adventure Card Game

Hi Customer Support,

I'm Noris Buchanan and writing this to receive your support for Adventure Card Game.
I purchased Adventure Card Game Core set from you directly, and found 2 cards are missing in "OPEN ME FIRST"; they are Character Card "Amiri" and Scourge Card "Wounded".
I asked your support via email on 9th, 22nd and 26th August, but I didn't receive your reply...

Can you tell me how we should deal with this missing cards matter?
