I tried purchasing the PDF for Fall of Plaguetown and the accompanying maps with my card. The first 2 times it froze on checkout and the third it wen't through successfully but I didn't receive and email and my account shows no orders being placed. I've look at my cards recent transactions and all three transactions have gone through despite the first two not resolving and the third one confirming but then not sending the PDF's to my email account.

Would it be possible to receive a refund for the first transactions (although I believe one may be in process already) and the PDF's for the third transaction?

Hello MicroLazer,

It appears that your card was was declined because it did not pass the Address Verification System (AVS) check. This indicates that there was a discrepancy between the billing address entered for the card on Paizo.com and the billing address your bank has on file for the card. You appear to have gotten this fixed up given that the order went through.

The duplicate transactions you are seeing are not charges. They are authorizations or holds, which occur each time our card processor is asked to contact your bank to check if the card is good. When this happens, many banks choose to put a hold on the funds for the expected charge. These authorizations naturally expire after a few days, but I have put in authorization reversal requests to ensure this is done promptly if your bank hasn't gotten to them yet.
