Hi, Can you Separate the subscriptions.

so the order of Adventure Path can be processed soon, instead of bundle together.

Basically what I mean is that I ordered 2 subscriptions:

1.Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription
2.Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription

because Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription next book comes around Jan. 2020, it is holding my .Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription products

Can you separate them so I can get the .Pathfinder Adventure Path products now?

That shouldn't be a problem. Since one of your subscriptions ships something every month, you should get a subscription shipment every month.

Hello Hang,

The Adventure Path is on its own order and should be on its way any time now.

Pending is a status an order has until it ships out. It doesn't mean there is an issue with the order. Yours is on a pick list right now and will be shipping any time.
