Order 8093754 + Sidecart

Looks like I've added a few items to my Sidecart since my monthly sub went out (a messenger bag, the PACG sub starting with the core rules, and the PACG We Be Heroes? booklet). Since I also have a post-sub order pending (Order 8093754), could I get those sidecart items that are ready to ship attached to that order? Or, since odds are good that it'll end up shipping before this post gets processed, could I go ahead and spin them off into their own order (should be over $100 so the shipping discount should kick in)... just so I'm not tortured waiting a full 4 weeks for the next sub spawn? ;)

Follow-up question: will the PACG: Curse of the Crimson Throne auto-spawn later, or did it "miss" getting added as part of the new sub (starting with the Core Set, that *did* get included)?

Bonus follow-up: Tyrant's Grasp Pawns made it on to the order... but should that stay Sidecarted until next month?
