Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder PF Special Edition Subscriber

Both of these have moved to a new order but it appears to have no order number and I’ve recueved no shipping info or estimate. They are not in my sidecart anymore. Can I please find out what is happening with this order.
