I’m curious as to whether I got lost in the shuffle, the order spawned on 8/14, but it has been pending since, it has not pinged my bank account yet either. Usually with my subs it pings my bank soon after the order spawns, and it takes a couple days to ship. I know things are more complex with 2e, and that I have more subs than I had with 1e and Starfinder. I’d love an update.

Your order is just waiting for its turn in the shipping queue. We began shipping on Monday and always allow for a 2 week shipping window. So we expect to have the shipping all done by the end of next week.
